What types of performances are offered?
LICM Theater offers a wide variety of performances, including musical theater, circus shows, educational dramas, puppet shows, and live music and dance programs. See a schedule of upcoming shows.
What time are shows?
Show times vary, but are typically at 10 a.m. and noon on school days, and 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on weekends and school holidays. Check the time of a specific show.
How do I buy tickets?
Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to ensure availability. Tickets are available online up to 30 minutes before show time. Tickets can also be purchased at the museum Box Office on the day of the performance or by calling the LICM Box Office at (516) 224-5801 between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Advance tickets purchased over the phone can be picked up at the Box Office. All tickets are non-refundable.
Are there any group rates or field trips available?
Groups with 10 or more children may make a reservation for discounted theater tickets. This includes, but is not limited to, school field trips and camp visits. Do you offer Theater Birthday Parties?
While we do not offer a specific Theater Birthday Party, it is possible to tie into our regular weekend performances as an add-on to an LICM Birthday Party. Ask our LICM Birthday Party Manager for information at birthdays@licm.org or call (516) 224-5871.

How can I recommend a performer or program for the LICM Theater?
We are always looking for new performers to join our LICM Theater Family. Direct suggestions to our Theater Manager at (516) 224-5845 or theater@licm.org. Performers interested in the LICM Theater should contact James Packard with a description of their performances, website and/or videos of their performances to start the conversation.
