Join the Green Teens to celebrate the opening of our new exhibit Saltwater Stories: We Need the Sea and the Sea Needs Me! Learn about what makes Long Island so unique and make something special to take home.
Young scientists will investigate wind energy by building their own anemometer, then dive into the world of sustainable Long Island seafood with a game that challenges them to create meals using eco-friendly ingredients and craft a recipe binder to bring home.
This is a drop-in program, free with admission. Stop by between Noon and 2 p.m. to participate.
