A young American boy named Daniel travels with his father to Japan. While spending a rainy night in a house he meets the spirits of nature and learns how we each impact our environment and the natural world. This original story by Izumi Ashizawa comes to life through puppetry and traditional Japanese music. Shadow puppets express the world we live in while colorful, directly manipulated puppets represent the spirit world as they dance through the audience. See how spirits and humans learn to celebrate the old and new of our world.
