Frequently asked question: When should I arrive?
Visitors enjoying our noon ball drop are encouraged to arrive at 11:30 am or earlier (Members only 9 am - 10 am, Public opening 10am) to explore galleries before the ball drop, and complete our optional free activities when the activity stations open after the ball drop.
Visitors coming to our 4pm ball drop are encouraged to arrive between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm to enjoy activities and galleries before they close in preparation for the ball drop. All activities are available until 3:45 pm while supplies last.
