Exhibits Our Backyard Help our garden grow! Our Backyard exhibit features: an herb garden, flower “bed,” strawberry maze, sunflower house, vegetable garden, water play area and so much more to help children learn about caring for our environment.

Bubbles So much science wrapped in a bubble. We need lots of sudsy soap solution for bubble exploration! LICM’s special recipe helps visitors make the perfect bubble.

Exhibits Tool Box Join the maker movement by helping provide real hammers and nails and goggles for safety! LICM’s Tool Box Exhibit needs lots of wood and materials for young builders to make their creations.

Feasts for Beasts The Feasts for Beasts exhibit is home to a menagerie of teaching animals. Help LICM provide clean and comfy bedding and healthy food for our animal family.

Early Childhood stART Who doesn’t like a good book?! LICM’s Early Childhood program stART (Story and Art) provides children with an early exposure to story telling. Every week children listen to a story, then create an art project related to what they learned.

Kids in the Kitchen A cup of flour, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt! Support Kids in the Kitchen and fledgling foodies! Children learn how to follow the steps, measure and cut and make a healthy snack.

Messy Afternoons Let them squish and squash at the Museum’s popular sensory play workshop – Messy Afternoons – and we’ll clean up the mess!
